In 2004, a small group of church members began planning an on-site Memorial Garden. The labor of love recognizes a Christian tradition of providing places of interment in its churches and churchyards, with the Memorial Garden being an updated version of that practice.
Naming our garden “Circle of Life Memorial Garden” emerged from the understanding there would be no circle of life without the sacrifice of Christ on the cross. Because of His sacrifice, we do not remain in the garden, but enjoy life everlasting with Him.
The development of the Garden included commissioning a lighted cross that gloriously celebrates the lives of our loved ones day and night. On December 20, 2007 the Garden received its first interment.
